Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and arrange a resolution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please submit a refund request and place a new order separately.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Processing

Non-Returnable Items
